Bookings - Booking dates are not held until a retainer fee of 50% is paid. Your retainer fee will apply to the total cost and are non-refundable. - A damage fee of $100. This fee may be refunded 24hrs after pick up of rental the rental property and inspection is done. - Retainer payment is acknowledging your acceptance of these terms and conditions and is considered a binding contract. - Our prices include delivery within 20 miles of 29209 Zip Code. - Out of area bookings may be arranged at an additional cost which will be included in your quote after your booking request
Payment - An invoice will be sent to the email provided for deposit amount and balance, in accordance with time frame listed. - Remaining balance after deposit is due no later than 7 days prior to your event date. Failure to pay the remaining balance, forfeits deposit and booking date. - If your event is being scheduled within the 7 day time frame, full payment is due at time of booking.
Kozy Kampouts Responsibilities - Kozy Kampouts will deliver, setup and furnish your indoor tents as agreed upon by your selected package on the specified date. Kozy Kampouts will return to dismantle and remove all furnishings by the end of the agreed contract. - Kozy Kampouts accepts no responsibility or liability for damage or injury to any member of your party or person(s) present at your event that may occur during the duration of the contract. *Mattresses included are filled with air. An air pump will be provided that may need to be used throughout the event.*
Client Responsibilities - The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available for the equipment to be set up. Dimensions required are outlined as follows; 4X6.5 Feet - The client is responsible of cleanup before and after the equipment is set up *Kozy Kampouts will not refund any event where adequate space is not available for set up.*
Cancellation - If you need to cancel your party it can be rescheduled for a later date. The retainer fee may not be refundable, but it is transferable - If canceling within 7 days, fund are only transferable or 50% refundable - Kozy Kampouts reserves the right to cancel any contract at any time. In the unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be made. However, Kozy Kampouts will not accept any responsibility or liability for losses or any other costs incurred as a result.
Health and Safety - No animals of any kind are allowed at any time. - All materials are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Bedding is professionally laundered.
